David Cowie
David has pioneered numerous humanitarian projects over the last 48 years. Born in Dunedin NZ in 1947 David first started working in Kenya in 1970 with an international youth organization. He, and his wife Linda, went on to serve in over 30 nations pioneering the work of Marine Reach in 1990 and the Ruel Foundation in 2000. In 2012 he established the work of the initial Clinic in Vanuatu with the purpose of providing care and training to women suffering under domestic violence. David and Linda live in Tauranga, New Zealand.

Desiree Snyder
Desiree has a B.S. in Nutritional Science from Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Food and Nutrition from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and is a RDN. She has spent time as an educator using her nutrition skills in community healthcare programs. She and her husband have served with Marine Reach for over five years and are now concentrating their time both in New Zealand and Vanuatu caring for communities through nutrition education and healthcare.

Dr. Valerie Cheah
Valerie was born in Singapore but settled in New Zealand in 2010. Valerie has always had a heart for developing nations and has served in various areas of the world the latest being Dominica in the Caribbean. She currently serves as the Medical Director for Marine Reach and the Family Care Centre in Vanuatu.

Dr Adrian Claydon
Adrian is a Gastroenterologist and Physician who moved from the UK to New Zealand with his wife and son in 2000. He is currently head of gastroenterology at Tauranga Hospital and serves pro-bono as a consultant to the Port Vila hospital in Vanuatu.
US BOARD

Lettie Boggs
Lettie Boggs held fiscal and facilities positions in school districts for over seventeen years, including Assistant Superintendent for the Anaheim City Schools. She served as Vice President for Business & Finance at Vanguard University. Currently as Chair & CEO of Colbi Technologies, Inc., a company serving public agencies with software and related services for program and project management, budgeting and accounting, and bidding software for public works building programs, she consults with school districts and public agencies throughout California and Texas.
She has been an instructor of accounting, an accountant for construction companies, and business manager for an architectural firm in addition to her school business and software experience.
Lettie has served on the board of directors and as treasurer of the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH) and is Past Chair and Board Member Emeritus of Californians for School Facilities, a federal action committee. She is founding co-chair of the CASH Urban Issues Committee. Lettie is a founding core faculty member of the CASH School Facilities Leadership Academy. She has served as State Chair for Facilities for the California Association of School Business Officials and represented CASBO on the Implementation Committee for the California State Allocation Board.
Lettie has been involved in Christian ministry for over fifty years. Youth ministry, Christian education, and missions support have been her main focus including work in Switzerland, New Zealand, Spain, California, and Greece.

Co-founded ministry centers in London, UK. While being on the London Leadership Committee as the Educational Coordinator for the UK, began inner city Christian schools.
From 1990 through 1995: Coordinator for the March For Jesus for the East Coast, USA (which was part of the organizational effort culminating in the round the world March for Jesus in 2005); one of the leaders in starting the Renaissance Community Church in Va. Beach, VA (started and raised up leadership for youth group and cell groups.
While obtaining MA and PhD, worked in real estate in WA for 10 years, was a member of Partners for Puget Sound (leaders seeking unity across diversity), and counselled/mentored women in leadership. Was on the board of the Home Owners Association (HOA) in the Summit, Bellevue, WA, for 10 years. Worked as an affiliate professor with Colorado Christian University in the Master of Arts in Curriculum Instruction (MACI) program and attended numerous conferences in Europe as a speaker in the emerging field of leadership theory and practice.
